The service

Your account
You sign in with Google or Telegram; there is no separate password.
You are responsible for access to your own Google or Telegram account.
Your entries
The rights to your texts, photos and documents remain with you.
You give us the right to store them and to show them to the people you have given access to, solely to run the service.
Living people
Handle the data of living people with care. Do not publish it through a public link without their consent.
If a person asks about their own data, we may hide it (see the privacy policy).
What is not allowed
- Uploading someone else’s material without the right to do so.
- Posting anything unlawful.
- Trying to gain access to other people’s trees or to disrupt the service.
Blocking
For a breach we may block the account: you will not be able to sign in, and public links to your trees will stop opening. Members of your trees keep working with them, and no data is deleted.
Plans
The free plan has limits. If a limit is exceeded or the plan is downgraded, the tree becomes available for reading and export only. The data is not deleted.
GEDCOM export is always free.
Deletion
You can delete your account or a tree at any time. After 30 days the data is deleted completely.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. We make backups, but we advise you to export your tree to GEDCOM from time to time.
